SmartRX is a free e-prescribing platform for GPs, consultants, and independent prescribers. We enable healthcare providers to send electronic prescriptions directly to our pharmacy, making the process efficient and convenient for patients.

Patients do not need to register to receive medication. Once a prescriber sends a prescription, the pharmacy manages fulfilment and patient communication as needed.

In most cases no additional action is needed immediately. The pharmacy will review the prescription and contact you if payment, delivery, or clinical information is required.

The payment link allows your prescription to be processed and dispensed. It usually covers the prescribed medication and any applicable delivery or service fees.

Delivery cost depends on the medicine, destination, and required delivery speed. Final charges are typically shown before payment is completed.

Pricing varies by medication and quantity. Patients receive the relevant payment information once the prescription has been clinically reviewed and prepared.
