Private prescriptions issued by your healthcare provider through the SmartRx e-Prescribing platform are received directly by our pharmacy team for dispensing. Once payment has been completed, where applicable, medication can be delivered to your chosen address through our approved delivery partners.

Unfortunately, photocopies, scanned copies, and photographs of prescriptions cannot be accepted.
To ensure timely processing, prescriptions should be submitted within the validity period of the prescription.
Private prescriptions: Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Private Controlled Drug (FP10PCD – pink) prescriptions: Valid for 28 days from the date of issue.
Schedule 4 Controlled Drugs: Valid for 28 days, although these are issued on a standard private prescription rather than an FP10PCD form.
Once we receive your private prescription, we'll process it as quickly as possible.
If you've already emailed or faxed us a copy of your prescription and made payment, we'll usually dispense and dispatch your medication the same working day (or on a date you've requested). This is the most common process for Controlled Drug (CD) prescriptions.
If you haven't made payment yet, we'll contact you to confirm the cost of your medication. Once payment has been received, we'll dispense your prescription and arrange prompt dispatch.
